4 steps of getting over a heartbreak

While there is no certain magic trick that could totally save you from sadness, these tips will surely help you to somewhat manage the pain.

1) You are not alone
It is very important to feel connected to others who have been in similar situation and gain strength and positivity from the stories they share about how they managed to rebuild their life. 

2) Focus on the given day
If you find it quite difficult to concentrate or even to be able to imagine the future, it is advised to focus on the given day and try to get the best out of it.

3) Call your friends
This may sound quite obvious however based on our Psychic experts' experiences this is something people need to be reminded about when they are in total depression. Remember to reach out for help!

4) Don't give up your routine
Perhaps that is the hardest of all the possible things you can do in a tough situation like this but it is worth not to lock yourself in a dark room with dozens of boxes of chocolate (at least not for more than 2-3 days. :) ). Maintaining your routine will help you take your mind off of the pain and negativity.
